• All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• Fabrication begins only after receipt of advance payment.
• Installation timeline may vary based on site readiness.
• All PODs are built using MOBICO Ply with a 15-year warranty.
• Transportation and installation charges are extra and depend on location.

• Customer data is collected solely for project coordination.
• We do not share personal information with third parties.
• Communications may be recorded for quality and service improvement.
• Your details remain protected under applicable Indian data protection laws.
❌ 3. Cancellation & Refund
• Orders once confirmed with advance are non-refundable.
• Cancellations post material procurement will incur deduction of actual costs.
• In case of delays or force majeure, revised timelines will be communicated.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days after review.
đźšš 4. Shipping & Exchange Policy
• Shipping of prefab units is arranged from Pune via approved logistics.
• Material is checked and packed with care before dispatch.
• In case of damaged delivery (with evidence), we provide free replacement of the affected part.
• No exchanges allowed after material is installed.
